The Fraser Thomas' Civil Engineering Team has
completed projects throughout New Zealand and in the Pacific Islands.
To date the company has completed over 30 major residential
subdivisions including some 2500 lots and 28km of urban roading. It has also completed
a large number of commercial and industrial subdivisions.
Fraser Thomas has completed many kilometres of road upgrading and
realignment for Local Authorities. This work included feasibility studies and cost/benefit
analysis as well as the design of bridges and major culverts.
Consulting services have also been provided in all facets of land
development and have included compliance monitoring and engineering audits for local authorities;
design of stormwater reticulation and sanitary sewer upgrading; flood risk evaluation; water
reticulation improvements and the development of sports facilities.
