administration of land subdivisions. This
includes development planning, economic evaluation,
topographic surveys, geotechnical investigation, earthworks,
roading and other services, with water supply and sewage
treatment where necessary. Over 30 major subdivisions have
been completed including some 2500 lots and 28km or urban
roading.
