build up for effective project management and
implementation.
Our projects include infrastructure, rural
development, natural resource management and
governance support initiatives and span a broad
area, from Central Asia to the Pacific. Many of our
assignments are planning, feasibility study,
specialist engineering or environmental assignments,
and in Cambodia we are managing large rural
infrastructure projects. Besides Cambodia, current
projects are taking place in the Cook Islands and
Tajikistan, and others in the last five years have
been carried out in Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Kiribati,
Fiji, Lao PDR and Viet Nam. We maintain a permanent
office in Cambodia.
In presenting their
findings, the judges commented on the network of contacts and ability to put together teams with the right
skills and attitudes, and to our commitment to ensuring projects are appropriate and will deliver positive
outcomes for local communities. Mention was made of the firm’s approach that features quality, flexibility,
access to a broad range of expertise and its focus on practical solutions. Repeat business and projects in new
markets suggest we are on the right track and prospects for future export work look promising.
