Fraser Thomas Paihia has been established in Northland for over 30 years.  We are located in Williams Road in the centre of the Paihia township and offer services in Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering and in Surveying and Resource Management.

Consulting services have been provided in all facets of land development and have included compliance monitoring and engineering audits for local authorities; design of stormwater reticulation and sanitary sewer upgrading; flood risk evaluation and water reticulation improvements.

Fraser Thomas have surveyors with extensive experience in a wide range of surveying fields including subdivision design, cadastral, engineering and topographical surveying, building and engineering setout and resource consent applications.

The company is equipped with a full range of modern surveying equipment including Global Positioning systems, Total Station Electronic Theodolites,  and Electronic Levels. The use of Trimble real-time GPS receivers, Topcon and Lieca Total Stations coupled with electronic Data Collectors allow direct connection to a sophistocated computer network, which utilises CIVILCAD and AUTOCAD as the major surveying/civil engineering programmes and allow us to connect to Land on Line to provide a quick and comprehensive survey service.
